85 is a very interesting number. It might be the greatest indicator we have yet of the existential threat faced by our species in the Antropocene. In this talk, Aral Balkan will explain how that number is related to ubiquitous surveillance, erosion of human rights, loss of our habitat, and, unless we act, the end of democracy.
