In the ongoing connection economy where work is being redifined and constanly challenged by P2P and technology; we are working at sharing resources, knowledge and wealth. In an ever changing definition of progress and the collaborativeness it demands, this new deal calls for a social organization allowing both individual initiative and social cohesion.The cooperative acts as both: a social and work organization that creates and maintains the possibility for change while ensuring a positive social outcome. We will be discussing this model drawing from experiences of leaders in the field based in Paris or elsewhere in France.
