How can I become more mindful ? It is a training to teach the brain how to stay in the present moment, paying attention to the sensations, sounds, the emotions and thoughts. Through this informal training you will lear how to stay present & observe what happens when you walk, eat, interact. Regularity is the key, a little everyday.
