Meet the team of LoungeShare and learn about this unique experience of collaborative creation through the manufacturing of objects.
LoungeShare creates synergies between makers, creative professions and the mainstream culture. It promotes multidisciplinary skills, manufacturing and design.
The event involves several teams of three people - each team has a designer, an engineer or an architect, and an amateur crafter. LoungeShare teams have less than 48 hours and a given theme to create furniture from broken objects and raw materials by mixing up-cycling and rapid prototyping, such as 3D printers.
Objects manufactured during the weekend are exhibited at our Vernissage during which visitors vote for their favorite creation, the winning teams being rewarded by our sponsors.
