Marjorie invites you to an Ashtanga Yoga initiation, that will allow the body to purify and both reinforce and stabilise the nervous system. As such, this practice tones and structures the body, therefore permitting it to develop a physical and energetic balance.
The course will focus on breathing (pranayama), consequently, on the practice of energetic portals (bandha) and postures (asana) and, finally, on relaxation (shavasana).
Besides teaching yoga, Marjorie is also a dance instructor, a professional dancer and a performer. She has worked with numerous choreographers in both France and abroad and is currently developing her own yoga and choreographic projects.
Manolie will introduce you into the world of QI Gong, the art of movement in the thought of the eastern traditions, beginning with a moment of profound relaxation and self-presence.
Next, exercises of movement and opening of the joints will be performed in order to loosen progresively the corporal tensions.
The subsequent movements (of Wei Dan) are designed to activate the large muscle groups, are centred on breathing, based on self-massage and self-awareness of the senses, all this to assess the energy within the body.
Manolie is a professional choreographer and QI Gong/Nei Gong certified instructor at the Zhi Rou Jia school.
The course of Charles will focus on working on the self-awareness of the body and its contact with the surroundings, the common thread being breathing as a permanent basis, which is closely linked to our movements. It’s all about breathing, ligning up and loosening up the body, and putting the mind at rest. Being in harmony with the Conscience.
Charles is a professional dancer and has discovered Ashtanga Yoga since about 10 years. Assuch, in using this body-revitalising practice, he has found a key of well-being and a road to alignment.
