As a OuiShare Brussels Connector, Khushboo animates the local community and curates emerging trends and patterns​ around Collaborative Economy​ in the city of Brussels​; communications fellow at OuiShare Fest. A Design Strategist, exploring service design tools and methodologies and applying them to innovate processes, services and businesses.​ ​Her main area of interest and investigation is social innovation​; in finding ways to apply collaborative methodology in solving social challenges​. At present she is also co-leading the Social Impact track for OuiShare Fest; exploring the question- "Bridging The Gap Between Solidarity And Collaborative Economies: Can Collaborative Models Address Inequality And Exclusion?​"​
