Jennifer leads the Couchsurfing staff in evolving the Couchsurfing service for a community of over 10 million members in virtually every country in the world. She is an experienced and passionate leader with more than 20 years experience in the technology and startup sector, leading teams and organizations through growth, change, and expansion.

Jennifer is a believer in the power of human connection to transform our collective existence. She enjoys hosting Couchsurfers in her San Francisco home where she lives with her daughter and two cats. She teaches yoga and meditation whenever possible.
